Need Help With Your Tech At Home?
We offer expert user support, education, and explanation that retail computer repair shops can’t deliver. We now provide all residential services in your home. We no longer offer drop-off repair services.
We can fix many technical problems in your home, but we do not offer full hardware repair for non-business clients. We are able to remove viruses, resolve errors, reinstall or upgrade operating systems, and other software fixes. We do not offer hardware repair such as broken screens, broken keyboards, or water damage repair, though if you know your keyboard is dead we can bring a replacement to your appointment.
Any of our software solutions listed above are also available for home users, though terms of service may be different. Please ask us for details.
Residential IT Support Pricing & Policies
- In-Home Computer Support is provided at $80 per hour during business hours.
- We provide service on nights, weekends, and holidays for $120 per hour.
- Appointments are one hour minimum with half-hour increments thereafter.
- Travel fees apply outside of metro-Spartanburg (10 miles centered from Spartanburg’s City Hall)
- You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
